The morning started in Steamboat Springs where we were visiting our new niece and Jordan's family. Jordan's mom volunteered to give Seth his first haircut which I'd been putting off for too long. His beautiful baby curls were starting to make him look like a little girl and the hair was getting into his eyes.
We drove home in the afternoon and then went to Denver for the opening hockey game at the DU. We had specially picked a seat where we wouldn't have a person in front of us and Seth LOVED the guard rail because it was great for climbing and looking at everything. He also loved the game and was watching the players non-stop. BUT he got a little two excited, leapt out of Jordan's arms and banged his eye on the guard rail. We found a medic in the stadium who cleaned it up but told us to bring him to urgent care. We waited forever but he finally got the cut glued shut around 11:30pm in a children's urgent care clinic. The cut didn't seem to bother him much. He was pushing chairs all around the waiting room and climbing all over everything-- I was sure we'd need a second set of stitches before the night was done!
